Who builds HR Suite 24

An HR system for Indian businesses that run on shifts, branches and monthly payroll, built by a small team in Nashik.

Who we are

HR Suite 24 is built and run by Shera Edutech Consultancy LLP, Nashik, Maharashtra. It is one of the business products we make; the others are listed at thejunglebiz.com.

It is written for businesses where the hard part of HR is not a policy document but the daily register: who came in, from where, for how long, and what that means for this month’s salary.

What we built

  • Attendance that proves itself. Every punch carries a selfie, a location and a time taken from our server, not the phone.
  • Leave, payroll and payslips worked out from that register, so the salary follows from what actually happened.
  • Requests, tasks, documents and announcements in one place, on the web and in our Android app on Google Play.
  • One plan with everything in it. The price moves with the size of your team and the number of branches, not with which features you may use.

How we work

  • We do not guess the law. A statutory rule — a leave entitlement, a professional tax slab — goes in only after it has been checked against that state’s own Act. Maharashtra’s is checked and in use; other states are added one at a time, after the same check.
  • Numbers that do not move. Reports stop at yesterday, so two people pulling the same report at different hours get the same figures.
  • Your company’s data is kept apart from every other company’s in the database itself, not only in the screens.
  • Documents and photos stay behind sign-in. Nothing your employees upload is a public file, and every upload is scanned for viruses before it is kept.
  • Backups are tested, not assumed. The database is backed up every night, and once a month a backup is restored onto a clean database to prove it works.

Try it on one branch first.

Set up a branch, add a few staff and run a week of attendance. If it does not fit, you have lost a week and nothing else.
